6 AXIS LOAD CELL

For the industrial robotics sector, Interface proudly supplies the 6A40A 6-Axis Load Cell with BX8-HD44 Data Acquisition/Amplifier, able to

measure force and torque (Fx, Fʏ, Fz, Mx, Mʏ, Mz) when arms pick up and place objects.

With the BX8-HD44 Data Acquisition/Amplifier, engineers and manufacturers can log, display, and graph these measurements while sending scaled analogue output signals for these axes to the robot’s control system.

Materials

  • 6A40 6-Axis Load Cell
  • BX8- Data Acquisition/Amplifier, including BlueDAQ configuration, logging, display and graphing software
  • Customer’s robotic arm and control system.

How It Works

The 6A40 6-Axis Load Cell is installed between the robot flange and robot grabber, then connected to the BX8-HD44 Data Acquisition/Amplifier.

Once connected, users are able to measure forces and torques in 6 axes and send a scaled analogue output signal to their robotic arm control system.
