DDM PV-22H2 On-Vehicle Hydrogen Pressure Sensor

The DDM PV-22H2 On-Vehicle Hydrogen Pressure Sensor is a compact, high-precision transmitter engineered specifically to handle the intense mechanical and chemical demands of hydrogen infrastructure and vehicle road testing. Developed to survive the extreme temperature and pressure in hydrogen fuel cell environments.

Measuring just 22mm in diameter, the PV-22H2 features a sealing concept relying on a fully welded, hermetically sealed sensor design without any internal O-rings. This effectively allows the sensor to be used with hydrogen without the risk of leaks. All metal components are machined from certified hydrogen-compatible stainless steel (316L / 1.4404 / 1.4435) to completely prevent the hydrogen causing the material to become brittle.
