DDM PV-2722 On-Vehicle Differential Pressure Sensor
The DDM PV-2722 On-Vehicle Differential Pressure Sensor is a compact, high-performance transducer engineered specifically to measure subtle pressure drops across aggressive liquids and gases within automotive testing environments. Developed to survive the extreme vibration, mechanical shock, and temperature swings of real-world track trials, this rugged sensor excels in EV thermal management and leakage testing.
Featuring a compact 27mm diameter housing, the PV-2722 utilizes an advanced piezoresistive element isolated on both sides by fully welded 1.4435 and 1.4404 stainless —completely eliminating internal rubber seals. This seal-free, wet/wet architecture ensures exceptional media compatibility. Linearization and temperature profiling are processed directly onboard by an integrated microprocessor, feeding a stable, high-level analogue voltage output straight to your (DAQ) hardware.
