The Interface Model 920i Programmable Weight Indicator & Process Controller is a severe-duty, legal-for-trade industrial indicator engineered to blend a highly flexible human-machine interface (HMI) with high-performance automated process control. Designed to manage everything from basic commercial weighing up to complex multi-stage batch automation loops, the 920i bridges the gap between traditional digital weight indicators, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and computers. It is widely used across UK manufacturing lines, bulk material handling plants, vehicle check-weighing stations, and automated tank or silo batching yards where multiple independent data channels must be synchronised and verified simultaneously.
The hardware architecture features a large, backlit LCD graphical display panel paired with an alpha-numeric 27-button keypad and five programmable soft keys, enabling technicians to quickly navigate custom menu configurations and clear operator prompts. For ultimate multi-sensor integration flexibility, the system expands via pluggable internal scale option cards to control and display data across up to 32 separate weighing systems concurrently.
