Interface Model AS600 High Precision mV/V Transducer Simulator
The Interface Model AS600 High Precision mV/V Transducer Simulator is a highly accurate, passive calibration instrument engineered to replicate any standard strain gauge bridge transducer—including load cells, torque sensors, and pressure transmitters. By injecting precise, selectable millivolt-per-volt signals directly into an instrumentation loop, the AS600 allows engineers to verify, commission, calibrate, and troubleshoot electronic systems without needing a physical sensor or applying a load. It is highly specified across the UK for metrology laboratories, field service diagnostics, automation control panel setups, and test stand troubleshooting routines.
Housed in a rugged, pocket-sized die-cast aluminium enclosure, this passive device requires no batteries or external power, drawing its baseline reference entirely from your indicator's active excitation line. The AS600 utilizes a highly stable internal resistive network to achieve an exceptional accuracy class of ±0.01% of full scale. The front panel features two high-reliability rotary switches: one controlling a coarse 3.0 mV/V range in precise steps, and another managing a fine-tuning variable attenuator down to zero.
