The Interface Model BTS Bluetooth Low Energy Telemetry System is a high-performance wireless strain bridge transmitter engineered to stream real-time force, torque, weight, and pressure data directly to mobile platforms. By serving as a seamless data bridge between a physical sensor and any modern Apple iOS or Android device, the BTS eliminates the need for expensive instrumentation racks, specialized processing hardware, and complex interconnecting cables. It is widely specified by test engineers for dynamic brake pedal testing, remote asset monitoring, hard-to-access structural safety audits, and embedded OEM industrial machinery installations.
Operating on advanced Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) / Bluetooth Smart architecture, the BTS system provides an outstanding field-readout solution that works seamlessly without an internet or cellular connection. The hardware supports a diverse operational matrix, capable of transmitting in one-to-one, one-to-multiple, multiple-to-one, or multiple-to-multiple configurations. This means a single engineer can monitor several independent load cell nodes on a single tablet screen simultaneously.
The system is manufactured in two dedicated configurations: the BTS-OEM-1 bare board module for tight product integrations, and the rugged BTS-AM-1 packaged module, which features an IP67 weatherproof housing and an integrated AA battery holder.
