The Interface LP Range of Wired & Wireless Custom Load Pins are high-capacity, force transducers designed to directly replace existing structural clevis pins, shackle pins, shear pins, and pulley axles. Every load pin features an advanced dual shear beam design optimized for centre loading with support at both ends. Utilizing the same metrology-grade resistive strain gauge technology as standard Interface load cells, the internal full Wheatstone bridge network is bonded deep inside the pin’s neutral axis.

The Interface Model IPCD Pressure Compensated Downhole Load Cell is a high-performance, severe-duty tension force transducer engineered explicitly to record true structural tension logs deep within oil and gas drilling strings. Designed to mount seamlessly near the top of a slickline or wireline tool string during pump-down services, this high-reliability sensor measures downhole pulling loads directly at the process target. By providing real-time downhole telemetry, the IPCD completely replaces the need for short-lifespan, high-maintenance traditional wet load cells. It also eliminates the critical calculation delays and friction-induced errors associated with monitoring cable tension exclusively using above-ground winches.

This passive design naturally balances internal and external mechanics, allowing the transducer to operate directly in deep mud pits and corrosive wellbore fluids without needing a heavy, bulky external pressure vessel. The IPCD is a completely self-contained, analogue solution with no internal moving parts. This provides a maintenance-free design that lowers long-term operational costs and eliminates the field downtime associated with continuous mechanical seal teardowns and rebuilds.

The Interface Model ITL Stainless Steel Tension Link Load Cell is a heavy-duty, tension-only force transducer engineered for under-hook hoist and crane weighing, lift gear validation, cargo handling, and dynamic structural monitoring. Purpose-built to endure the harshest field deployment conditions, this link-type load cell provides reliable crane weighing and tensile force tracking where standard aluminium telemetry blocks risk structural fatigue or fluid contamination. Its clean geometry maps smoothly into standard rigging frameworks, letting crane engineers capture true axial tension without introducing layout complications.

Machined entirely from a solid block of high-tensile 17-4PH stainless steel, the Model ITL is environmentally sealed to IP66 standards (with IP67 protection classes available upon request) to handle heavy rain, airborne dust, and marine exposure. It is precision-sized to align perfectly with industry-standard lifting shackles, ensuring uniform load tracking and simple bolt-on mechanical integration. The integrated Wheatstone bridge network links to a robust MIL-specification plug and socket connector. This configuration shields delicate internal electronics from mechanical cable snags and severe field vibrations while maintaining a strict maximum combined error rating of under ±0.25% Full Scale (FS).

The WTSSHK-B-HL is a range of wireless telemetry load shackles from Interface Force Measurements. Suitable for use in a wide range of industrial and marine heavy lifting applications, the WTSSHK-B-HL instrumented load shackles provide, live, wireless lifting data. when supplied with the WTS- The unique telemetry housing is manufactured from tough high performance polyamide resin making it strongyet light, resulting in a better balanced load shackle whencompared to others available on the market. Two clips enable you to open the housing to access and change the batteries, while the internal electronics underneath remain completely sealed. This includes the antenna to ensure maximum protection from damage. The built in radio telemetry electronics operates on the 2.4GHz license free frequency. The WTSSHK-B can also supply as standard with a handheld battery powered display which can toggle between MT or lbs, or alternatively, for multi-shackle applications, a single display can address up to 12 shackles for individual monitoring, or for summation/weighing applications.

The WTSTL is Interfaces Tension load link featuring full stainless steel construction, IP67 environmental protection and wireless output. The WTSTL is designed for easy installation and use. Wireless transmission range is up to 600 meters and can be used in conjunction with the Interface WTS, wireless hand held indicator. Applications include: cable tension monitoring towing or mooring monitoring under hook hoist and crane weighing lift gear testing.
