Interface LP Wired & Wireless Custom Load Pins
The Interface LP Range of Wired & Wireless Custom Load Pins are high-capacity, force transducers designed to directly replace existing structural clevis pins, shackle pins, shear pins, and pulley axles. By retrofitting directly into an existing mechanical assembly, these custom-engineered sensors provide a highly cost-effective method for real-time load monitoring without requiring an extensive overhaul or structural redesign of your machinery. They are the premier choice for crane, lifting, and winch systems, conveyor tension monitoring, mooring line tension measurement, and hydraulic system validation.
Every load pin features an advanced dual shear beam design optimized for centre loading with support at both ends. Utilizing the same metrology-grade resistive strain gauge technology as standard Interface load cells, the internal full Wheatstone bridge network is bonded deep inside the pin’s neutral axis.
