Product OverviewCategory description
Interface 1216 Axial-Torsion
The 1216 Axial-Torsion load cell measure both force and torsion in the same cell - with either channel capable of being used independently, each channel offers excellent performance and minimal crosstalk.
- Capacities from 250/125 to 2K/1K (units lbf/lb-in)
- Measures load & torque
- Minimal crosstalk
- High extraneous load resistance
- Fatigue rated
Interface 2816 Axial Torsion Load Cell
The 2816 Axial Torsion load cell is the high capacity version of the 1216/1516 for measuring Axial load and Torsion with minimum crosstalk. This unit provides high outputs on both outputs making it very suitable for cyclic applications with large numbers of cycles. The flange style coupling provides a robust method of load attachment and ease of alignment in complex loading systems. Custom versions have been produced with outputs for Thrust (Z), X-Moment, Y-Moment and Torsion (T) for specialized applications e.g. testing of composite components.
- Measures load & torque
- Minimal crosstalk
- Extraneous load resistance
- Fatigue rated
- Higher Capacity than 1216
Interface 5600 Axial Torsion
The Interface 5600 is a flange mount axial torsion device for simultaneous measurement of force and torque (Fz & Mz).
- Capacities from 6K lbf (27kN)/ 5K lb-in (560Nm)
- Measures both Force and Torque
- Extraneous load resistance
- Low cross talk
- High stiffness
Interface AT101 Axial Torsion Transducer 0.5kN/5Nm
The AT101 is a axial torsion transducer capable of measuring both torque and force in a single device. The AT101 offers high accuracy measurement with low cross talk and a safe overload capacity of 150%.
- Measures both force and torque in a single package
- 8mm through hole
- Capacities from 0.5kN / 5Nm to 2kN /50Nm
Interface AT102 Axial Torsion 10kN/10Nm
The AT102 is an axial torsion transducer for the measurement of both force and torque in a single device. The compact design featuring integral side exit cables makes it ideal for many applications including rheometry testing machines used in rubber testing.
- Compact Design
- 10kN force and 10Nm torque capacity
- Side exit cables for easy installation
Interface Model AT103 Axial Torsion Force & Torque Transducer
The Interface Model AT103 Axial Torsion Force & Torque Transducer is a high-capacity, dual-axis reaction sensor engineered to simultaneously measure axial force and static reaction torque within a single mechanical instrument. Specifically configured for heavy-duty testing applications that experience highly asymmetrical load combinations, this specialised non-rotating transducer handles a robust 20 kN axial force capacity alongside a 20 Nm torque boundary. It is widely used across the UK for aerospace component testing, automotive drivetrain assembly audits, material fatigue research, and specialised multi-axis testing. Featuring an ultra-rigid internal architecture, the AT103 allows engineering teams to record independent tensile/compressive loads and rotational twisting forces down a single structural axis.
The AT103 load cell offers both force and torque measurement in one compact package. Available in 10kN /10Nm or 20kN / 20Nm capacities. The AT103 features two bottom exit integral cables enable easy installation.
Interface TXY Dual-Axis Tension & Compression Load Cell
The Interface TXY Dual-Axis Tension & Compression Load Cell is a high-accuracy, dual-axis sensor engineered for the simultaneous measurement of X and Y-axis forces. Designed explicitly for tyre balancing machinery, web tension tracking, and multi-component test rigs, the TXY series features an advanced internal structure that actively rejects extraneous bending moments. This rigid isolation keeps mechanical crosstalk to an absolute minimum (typically under 1.0%), guaranteeing independent, clean data outputs across both perpendicular vectors.
