AMTI MC3A 6-Axis Load Cell
AMTIs MC3A force and torque sensor is specifically designed for the precise measurement of forces and moments. The sensor measures the three orthogonal force and moment components along the X, Y, and Z axes, producing a total of six outputs. The characteristics of this strain gauge sensor make it ideal for research and testing environments; it has high stiffness, high sensitivity, low cross-talk, excellent repeatability and long term stability. It is simple, easy to use, and is available in either 100, 250, 500, 1000 pound (445, 1112, 2224, 4448 Newton) vertical capacities. The body of the load cell is manufactured from a high- strength aluminium alloy with an anodized finish to protect the exterior from corrosion. Elastomeric O-ring seals provide internal protection of the strain gauges and wiring from industrial environments and moisture exposure. APPLICATIONS The MC3A force and torque sensor is particularly suitable for applications requiring simultaneous measurement of several forces and moments, or measurements of forces that change direction and position over time. Common applications for this transducer include research and development in robotics, ergonomics, production processes, bio-mechanics, and dynamics.
- Durable, Accurate, Low Cross talk design
- Available in four capacities from 100lbf or 445N
- Ideal for Bi-mechanical, Robotics and Production Process applications
- Simultaneously Measures Force and Moments in X, Y and Z axis
AMTI SF3 Submersible
AMTI SF3 is a submersible six-axis, IP68 rated strain gauge sensor designed to measure forces and moments at depths of up to 70 meters for up to 7 days. Featuring a heat-treated stainless steel body and an internal bladder to equalise internal and external pressure, the SF3 can accurately measure force and torque even when submerged to 70 meters depth. The cubed body has convenient threaded fixing points through inserts on its top surfaces and holes in its bottom surfaces.
- Submersible to 70m for up to 7 days
- Available in 4 capacities from 100lbf (445N) to 1000lbf (4445N)
- Internal pressure compensation bladder
- Stainless steel cube body with convenient threaded fixing points.
AMTI's AD2.5D 6 Axis Sensor
AMTI's AD2.5D force and torque sensor delivers precise measurements of forces and moments. Measuring along the X, Y, and Z axes, along with the moments around these axis', the sensor gives a total of six outputs. Strain gauge sensors offer high stiffness, high sensitivity, low cross-talk, excellent repeatability and long term stability. Designed for research, development and testing, the AD2.5D suits any applications requiring simultaneous multi-axis measurement of several forces and moments. Or measurement of forces that change direction and position over time.
- Available in four capacities from 445 Newtons
- Low cross-talk <2% on all channels
- Simultaneous measurement of force and torque
- Ideal for research, development and test applications.

Me-Systeme Model F6D100-50 600N/60Nm 6-Axis Robotic Force & Torque Sensor
The Me-Systeme Model F6D100-50 600N/60Nm 6-Axis Robotic Force & Torque Sensor is a heavy-duty, highly rigid multi-component transducer engineered specifically for high-capacity force and moment measurement in industrial robotics and automated manufacturing cells. It is heavily utilized for collaborative robot arm force monitoring, industrial robotic grinding, automated part assembly, heavy material lifting cells, and haptic feedback system profiling.
Featuring internal tapped holes on the exact same pitch circle, the sensor bolts directly between the robot's mechanical wrist flange and the end-of-arm tooling (EOAT). This design keeps the vertical stack height down to an exceptionally flat 50 mm and minimizes system payload restrictions. Unlike its digital sibling (the F6D100-50e), the standard F6D100-50 provides a raw, non-amplified analogue voltage output via an integrated 24-pole connection plug to stream data into external processing instrumentation.
Me-Systeme Model K6D55I 6-Axis Force and Torque Sensor
The Me-Systeme Model K6D55I 6-Axis Force and Torque Sensor is a state-of-the-art, lightweight multi-component transducer engineered to solve complex force measurement challenges in advanced robotics and medical technology. It is widely specified for medical surgical robotics, collaborative robot arm force monitoring, haptic collision detection systems, and precise multi-axis lab validations
Thanks to the powerful integrated EtherCAT P measuring amplifier with a 4-wire cable suitable for drag chains, this sensor enables ultra-fast data communication. This combination offers a space-saving and lightweight measuring system. This new sensor system saves you time and energy by making installation quicker and easier, but also eliminates the need for time-consuming connection and cabling work. Capacities include 50N/5Nm 100N/10Nm 200N/ 20Nm 500N/25Nm 1000N/25Nm.
