Me-Systeme Model F6D100-50 600N/60Nm 6-Axis Robotic Force & Torque Sensor

The Me-Systeme Model F6D100-50 600N/60Nm 6-Axis Robotic Force & Torque Sensor is a heavy-duty, highly rigid multi-component transducer engineered specifically for high-capacity force and moment measurement in industrial robotics and automated manufacturing cells. It is heavily utilized for collaborative robot arm force monitoring, industrial robotic grinding, automated part assembly, heavy material lifting cells, and haptic feedback system profiling.

Featuring internal tapped holes on the exact same pitch circle, the sensor bolts directly between the robot's mechanical wrist flange and the end-of-arm tooling (EOAT). This design keeps the vertical stack height down to an exceptionally flat 50 mm and minimizes system payload restrictions. Unlike its digital sibling (the F6D100-50e), the standard F6D100-50 provides a raw, non-amplified analogue voltage output via an integrated 24-pole connection plug to stream data into external processing instrumentation.

  • Ideal for industrial robot applications
  • High accuracy, +/-1% full scale
  • Available in alternative sizes and capacities
  • Can be used with our range of BX-8 multi channel amplifiers
