The Me-Systeme Model F6D45 Ultra-Compact 6-Axis Robotic Force & Torque Sensor is a sub-miniature multi-component transducer engineered to solve complex force measurement challenges in space-critical robotics and medical technology. A significant engineering benefit of the F6D45 is its miniature mechanical profile and lightweight footprint. With an outer diameter of just 45 mm, a vertical stack height of only 22 mm, and a total weight of 120 g, this sensor minimises system payload restrictions and preserves the dynamic movement capabilities of your robot arm. The hardware incorporates precision-machined mechanical interfaces with internal tapped mounting holes that drop cleanly between the robot’s mechanical wrist and end-of-arm tooling (EOAT). The standard F6D45 provides a raw, non-amplified analogue voltage output via an integrated 24-pole flexible connection ribbon or round connector to stream data directly into external processing instrumentation.
