The Me-Systeme Model F6D80-40 100N/10Nm 6-Axis Robotic Force & Torque Sensor is a flat, lightweight multi-component transducer engineered specifically for high-precision force and moment measurement in advanced robotics and automated assembly.

It is heavily utilized for collaborative robot arm force monitoring, haptic feedback system profiling, precision component positioning loops, and automated medical device handling validation.

A major engineering benefit of the F6D80-40 is its direct, adapter-free mechanical installation. The hardware incorporates integrated mounting flanges that fully comply with DIN EN ISO 9409-1 industrial robotic standards. Featuring internal tapped M6 holes on the exact same pitch circle, the sensor bolts directly between the robot's mechanical wrist and the end-of-arm tooling (EOAT). This design keeps the vertical stack height down to an exceptionally flat 40 mm and minimizes system payload restrictions.
