XSensor IX500:256.256.22 High-Resolution Tyre Pressure Mapping Sensor
The XSensor IX500:256.256.22 High-Resolution Tyre Pressure Mapping Sensor stands as the industry benchmark for ultra-precise tyre tread footprint analysis and dynamic vehicle safety testing. Engineered specifically for automotive manufacturers, premium tyre design laboratories, high-performance motorsport teams, and aerospace landing gear validation bays, this ultra-precise capacitive array captures tyre contact patches with unparalleled accuracy. This sensor allows engineers to accurately calculate and monitor exactly how a tyres footprint shifts under varying vehicle weights, environmental conditions, and inflation pressures.
Constructed using state-of-the-art Capacitive Pressure Imaging Technology mounted onto a rugged, heavy-duty backing layer, the IX500:256.256.22 is structurally optimized to survive continuous tyre compression loading without physical warping. Unlike traditional resistive sensor films that suffer from swift calibration decay, this high-pressure matrix provides exceptional long-term calibration stability, yielding highly repeatable measurements without requiring re-calibration between testing intervals.
XSensor IX510:128.128.10 Flexible Tyre Sensor
The XSensor IX510:128.128.10 sensor is a flexible tyre sensor with a urethane cover for use in and away from the lab. The tough, bendable design enables this sensor to conform to irregular surfaces found outside the laboratory. This sensor is particularly suited to sub-soil tyre footprint pressure mapping applications
- Bendable designs conform to uneven surfaces
- 16,384 sensor points for high resolution images
- Faster data collection for low speed dynamic testing
- Quick and easy setup for use away the laboratory
XSensor IX510:3.64.05 Flexible Tyre Bead Pressure Mapping Sensor
The XSensor IX510:3.64.05 Flexible Tyre Bead Pressure Mapping Sensor is a highly specialized, pioneering tool designed to measure and map the exact interface forces between a tyre's bead and the wheel rim flange. Historically, capturing contact data within this tightly restricted, high-pressure boundary was nearly impossible without altering the true seating alignment of the tyre assembly. The IX510:3.64.05 solves this challenge, serving as a high-resolution, ultra-conformable sensor array capable of profiling real-time pressure distribution precisely across both the heel and toe of a tyre's bead line.
It is an essential asset for premium automotive manufacturers, motorsport racing groups, commercial aerospace landing gear design teams, and heavy-equipment wheel rim developers. The matrix is precision-calibrated to a high-capacity boundary of 512 PSI (35.3 bar). This tracking window allows tyre design and test engineers to isolate problematic load concentrations, detect bead seat unseating risks during extreme lateral cornering, evaluate rim seal integrity, and optimize initial tyre bead seating pressures.
XSensor IX510:64.64.04 Stance Pad Pressure Mapping Sensor
The XSensor IX510:64.64.04 Stance Pad Pressure Mapping Sensor represents the pinnacle of high-resolution plantar pressure imaging and clinical gait analysis. Engineered specifically for biomechanics laboratories, human performance centres, and elite clinical environments, this thin, portable stance pad tracks the intricate dynamics of foot balance and gait symmetry. While conventional multi-point floor systems lack the grid density required to capture micro-level changes during quick movements, the IX510 matrix provides complete data integrity for both static standing postures and highly dynamic heel-strike impacts.
Constructed with a heavy-duty, protective top cover and an ultra-rigid backing layer, this durable pad withstands intense running trials, aggressive pivots, and high-frequency athletic testing without structural shift or calibration decay. Relying on state-of-the-art capacitive pressure imaging technology, the sensor delivers exceptional repeatability, virtually zero signal drift, and negligible hysteresis across prolonged use.
