XSensor PX100:64.160.02 Bed Pressure Mapping Sensor
The XSensor PX100:64.160.02 Bed Pressure Mapping Sensor is an ultra-thin, highly flexible tactile sensor engineered specifically to deliver medical-grade body pressure distribution analysis. Developed for sleep laboratories, premium mattress R&D departments, clinical hospital bed profiling, and ergonomic seating design, this high-resolution sensor allows engineers and medical researchers to isolate real-world interface pressure points across extended monitoring cycles.
Measuring a substantial mattress-scale active area, this specialised model utilises a dense matrix of 64 rows by 160 columns—yielding a massive 10,240 individual sensing points. Built using XSensor's proprietary capacitive technology and featuring an ultra-fine 2.0mm spatial resolution pitch, the PX100 sensor tracks subtle contour adjustments frame-by-frame, providing exceptional signal stability, low hysteresis, and consistent repeatability without suffering data creep. Powered by XSensor Pro V8/V9 or specialised bedding software to calculate real-time contact areas, peak pressure zones, and Center of Pressure (CoP) paths.
