GP:50 Model 7780 High Temperature Aerospace Pressure Transducer Image

GP:50 Model 7780 High Temperature Aerospace Pressure Transducer

The GP:50 Model 7780 High Temperature Aerospace Pressure Transducer is a severe-duty, flight-heritage sensor engineered specifically to deliver elite data resolution in extreme thermal environments. Designed for the punishing conditions experienced during space propulsion system validation and aviation pressure testing, this ultra-rugged sensor provides consistent accuracy where standard electronic components would fail. With over 25 years of field-proven flight heritage, it stands as the industry benchmark for high-reliability military, defence, and aerospace applications.

Manufactured with a lightweight, all-stainless steel construction, the GP:50 Model 7780 utilizes a specialized remote-electronics design. The onboard transducer electronics are isolated and remotely housed away from the direct heat source via a rugged, stainless steel armour-jacketed flexible capillary tube. This structural thermal isolation allows the process sensing tip to withstand extreme media temperatures ranging from +21°C up to +204°C (+350°F). Fully compliant with MIL-STD-810 specifications for severe shock and vibration, the sensor elements are also fully processed for liquid oxygen (LOX) and hydrogen compatibility, making them ideal for rocket engine manifolds and high-pressure fuel lines.
