GP:50 188 Mini Flush Transmitter
The GP:50 188 Mini Flush Transmitter is a highly compact, premium hydrostatic pressure transducer custom-engineered to deliver precise fluid telemetry within extremely restricted spaces and severe vibration environments. Designed specifically to eliminate dead volume and prevent process fouling, the Model 188 architecture utilizes a specialised 7/16-20 UNF miniature flush process connection.
This unique flat-profile configuration allows the sensor face to interface seamlessly with high-viscosity or particle-heavy media without port clogging or packing errors. The robust, single-piece structural frame is manufactured entirely from high-grade, all-welded stainless steel, with alternative wetted options including Hastelloy or Inconel to withstand aggressive chemical environments. Operating across an expansive pressure range scaling up to 10,000 PSI (690 bar), it delivers a high static accuracy starting from ±0.5% FS down to an ultra-precise ±0.05% FS resolution tier. Outfitted with an integrated NIST-traceable calibration certificate as standard, this miniature sensor can be equipped with secondary internal temperature output sensors (RTD, Type J, or Type K thermocouples) to provide simultaneous thermal and pressure data streaming from a single space-saving installation footprint.
