The GP:50 240 and 340-IM Flush Mount Pressure Sensors represent a specialised line of industrial sensors custom-engineered to monitor high-viscosity or semi-solid process media without logging catastrophic clogging errors. Purpose-built for volatile fracturing environments and heavy process loops, the 40-IM architecture utilises a zero-clearance, completely flush face sensing diaphragm that prevents grease, sand, and liquid accumulation in the transmitter port.
The robust, all-welded housing utilises an ultra-durable Inconel design to provide premium compatibility across corrosive, abrasive, and sour media streams. These advanced units completely eliminate mechanical strain offsets, ensuring that zero offset or signal drift is caused during sensor installation or tight pipe connection torque cycles. Operating smoothly across high-pressure envelopes ranging from 0-75 up to 0-750 PSI (5 to 52 BAR), the series delivers standard amplified 4-20mA or 0-5Vdc signals and carries global ATEX and IEC certifications for intrinsically safe operations inside hazardous oilfield and water processing grids.
