GP:50 271 and 371 WECO Hammer Union Temperature Transmitter
The GP:50 271 and 371 WECO Hammer Union Temperature Transmitter series is a highly ruggedized, industrial-grade thermal sensor engineered explicitly to provide high-accuracy medium temperature tracking within high-pressure oilfield service lines and severe vibration environments. Built to integrate seamlessly directly into standard fluid manifolds, the 271 and 371 architecture is designed for full compatibility with 2-inch 1502, 2002, or 2202 WECO Wing Union fittings.
The entire assembly features massive physical structural strength, carrying a certified pressure rating up to 22,500 PSI (1,551 BAR) while utilising corrosion-resistant wetted parts that meet strict NACE MR0175 guidelines. It delivers stable thermal tracking across a calibrated processing range from -40°F to +250°F (-40°C to +121°C), outputting clean 4-20 mA or 0 to 5 Vdc signals, alongside specialized RS232, CANbus, or RS485 digital telemetry options. For deployment in volatile well servicing zones, it can be ordered with comprehensive ATEX intrinsically safe approvals to ensure maximum regulatory plant safety.
