GP:50 280/380 and 283/383 Sanitary Tri-Clamp Pressure Sensors
The GP:50 280/380 and 283/383 Sanitary Tri-Clamp Pressure Sensors are a family of food, beverage, and pharmaceutical-grade process sensors engineered specifically for clean-in-place (CIP) environments and flush sanitary installations. Custom-built to provide exceptional long-term reliability without fluid contamination, the entire range is certified to strict 3A sanitary standards (Standard 74-03) for dairy and food processing footprints.
The architectural design features an all-welded, crevice-free 316L stainless steel body to eliminate bacterial propagation zones, with high-performance Inconel or Hastelloy wetted parts available for aggressive chemical washdown pipelines. Operating across a wide-spectrum of pressure ranging from ultra-low 0-30" WC up to 0-1,000 PSI, these transmitters supply high static accuracy starting from ±0.1% FSO. For extreme thermal operations, the specialised Model 383 can be equipped with integrated high-temperature compensation circuitry up to +204°C (+400°F). Complete with optional vented quick-disconnect cabling to deliver an automatic barometric reference on low-range lines, this series ensures unmatched structural integrity on hygienic processing footprints.

Optional Inconel or Hastelloy wetted parts may be substituted for improved corrosion resistance. An optional vented quick disconnect cable provides a barometric reference on lower ranges while providing a NEMA 4X rating.
