GP:50 311-M351 Submersible Lift Station Sludge Level Transmitter
The GP:50 311-M351 Submersible Lift Station Sludge Level Transmitter is an industry-standard hydrostatic pressure sensor custom-engineered for the harsh environmental challenges of water treatment facilities, wet wells, and sewage infrastructure. Built with an all-welded, leak-proof stainless steel housing, the 311-M351 features a unique 3-inch large-diameter sensing diaphragm coupled with a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant protective baffle plate.
This specialised open architecture is purposefully built to operate continuously in viscous fluids without clogging, facilitating exceptional accuracy even under dense grease and heavy sludge loading conditions. The fully encapsulated internal electronics contain highly robust RFI, EMI, and lightning surge protection arrays to protect data transmission channels against volatile electrical spikes. Operating reliably across a broad pressure range from 0-5 to 0-500 PSI, this transmitter outputs standard 4-20mA, 0-5Vdc, or 3mV/V process signals to fit existing control platforms and ensure long-term, trouble-free deployment.
