ITA-1 In-Line Strain Gauge Analogue Amplifier
The Interface Model ITA-1 In-Line Strain Gauge Analogue Amplifier is a highly compact, robust signal conditioning solution designed to convert raw millivolt signals from force, strain, torque, and pressure sensors into high-level analog outputs. Affectionately known within engineering teams as the "Click-R Clack-R," this inline device integrates seamlessly into existing wiring networks to eliminate data attenuation across long cable runs.
The ITA-1 can be connected to any force, strain, torque or pressure sensor that supplies a millivolt output signal. Output can be either voltage or current. The ITA-1 can be factory configured when supplied with an Interface load cell or torque transducer, but set up can be modified by the user using the tare and scale cables.
AMTI Gen 5 Multi Channel Amplifier
The Gen 5 is a multi channel signal amplifier that's designed to provide a "plug and play" interface for AMTI's load cells and force plates. The Gen 5 applies complete transducer profile stored onboard all new AMTI force plates and force sensors, including bridge resistance, transducer capacity and calibration matrix. The Gen 5 will be the center of your AMTI multi axis, force and torque measuring system. It is designed to be easy to configure and use with the set up and data logging software supplied with calibration and configuration settings stored internally. The software also features automatic balancing of your device's strain gauge bridges.

AMTI MC3A 6-Axis Load Cell
AMTIs MC3A force and torque sensor is specifically designed for the precise measurement of forces and moments. The sensor measures the three orthogonal force and moment components along the X, Y, and Z axes, producing a total of six outputs. The characteristics of this strain gauge sensor make it ideal for research and testing environments; it has high stiffness, high sensitivity, low cross-talk, excellent repeatability and long term stability. It is simple, easy to use, and is available in either 100, 250, 500, 1000 pound (445, 1112, 2224, 4448 Newton) vertical capacities. The body of the load cell is manufactured from a high- strength aluminium alloy with an anodized finish to protect the exterior from corrosion. Elastomeric O-ring seals provide internal protection of the strain gauges and wiring from industrial environments and moisture exposure. APPLICATIONS The MC3A force and torque sensor is particularly suitable for applications requiring simultaneous measurement of several forces and moments, or measurements of forces that change direction and position over time. Common applications for this transducer include research and development in robotics, ergonomics, production processes, bio-mechanics, and dynamics.

AMTI SF3 Submersible
AMTI SF3 is a submersible six-axis, IP68 rated strain gauge sensor designed to measure forces and moments at depths of up to 70 meters for up to 7 days. Featuring a heat-treated stainless steel body and an internal bladder to equalise internal and external pressure, the SF3 can accurately measure force and torque even when submerged to 70 meters depth. The cubed body has convenient threaded fixing points through inserts on its top surfaces and holes in its bottom surfaces.

AMTI's AD2.5D 6 Axis Sensor
AMTI's AD2.5D force and torque sensor delivers precise measurements of forces and moments. Measuring along the X, Y, and Z axes, along with the moments around these axis', the sensor gives a total of six outputs. AMTI's HE6X6 Miniature Force Platform
AMTI's HE6X6 is a miniature size, low capacity, multi axis force platform. It's available in several capacities from just 4.4 newtons to 89 newtons in Fz. The HE6X6 is equipped with both analogue and digital outputs and is supplied with AMTI's Netforce data logging software

AMTI's MC5 6 axis Sensor
The MC5 force and torque transducer measures loads in the range between the capacities of AMTIs popular MC3 and MC8 transducers. Its available with vertical force capacities of 5,560N to 45,000N (1,250lb to 10,000lb) and corresponding horizontal force and moment capacities. These sensors are available with one to six outputs corresponding to Fx, Fy, Fz, Mx, My & Mz. Models with custom capacities and layouts are available for special applications. Applications. The MC5 force and torque transducer is particularly suitable for applications requiring simultaneous measurement of several forces and moments, or measurement of forces that change direction and position over time. AMTI's MC818 Force Platform
The MC818 transducers resolve applied loads into orthogonal force and moment components. These precision sensors feature high stiffness, high sensitivity, low cross talk, excellent repeatability and long-term stability. They exhibit the inherent ruggedness of bonded strain gauge transducers and they incorporate special seals to prevent water and oil contamination. The MC818 transducer is available with one to six outputs corresponding to Fx, Fy, Fz, Mx, My and Mz. Standard vertical load capacities are 1000, 2000, and 4000 pounds. Horizontal load capacities are half of the vertical rating. Models with custom capacities and layouts are available for special applications. The instrument has an eight by eighteen inch rectangular top mounting surface equipped with threaded inserts. A high-strength aluminium alloy (7075-T6) is used throughout to withstand harsh manufacturing and testing environments. A durable anodized finish protects the exterior from corrosion while elastomeric 0-ring seals protect the strain gauges and wiring. Internal potting of the strain gauges further insures long life and consistent, reliable performance. AMPLIFICATION The MC818 transducer incorporates strain gauges and four precision elements in a patented design* to isolate and measure applied forces and moments. As with all conventional strain gauge transducers bridge excitation and signal amplification are required. AMTI's GEN5 series amplifiers are high-gain devices which provide excitation and amplification for multiple channels in one convenient package. These amplifiers process the signals from a transducer and provide outputs suitable for an AID converter and digital computer or other recording instrument

DDM PV-15 Ultra-Miniature On-Vehicle Pressure Sensor
The DDM PV-15 Ultra-Miniature On-Vehicle Pressure Sensor is a premium, space-saving transmitter engineered specifically to capture dynamic fluid and gas data within the most restricted mechanical testing environments. The DDM PV-15B Miniature Brake Pressure Sensor is an ultra-compact, high-performance relative pressure transmitter engineered specifically to capture dynamic hydraulic fluid profiles directly at the caliper or master brake cylinder.
The PV-15B is a small, light, weight pressure sensor designed to be mounted in the hydraulic system of vehicles whether they use disc or drum braking systems. Measuring just 16mm in diameter, the lightweight profile of the PV-15B enables direct installation inside the tightest, most space-constrained wheel wells and chassis assemblies without affecting suspension dynamics.

DDM PV-22H2 On-Vehicle Hydrogen Pressure Sensor
The DDM PV-22H2 On-Vehicle Hydrogen Pressure Sensor is a compact, high-precision transmitter engineered specifically to handle the intense mechanical and chemical demands of hydrogen infrastructure and vehicle road testing. Developed to survive the extreme temperature and pressure in hydrogen fuel cell environments.
Measuring just 22mm in diameter, the PV-22H2 features a sealing concept relying on a fully welded, hermetically sealed sensor design without any internal O-rings. This effectively allows the sensor to be used with hydrogen without the risk of leaks. All metal components are machined from certified hydrogen-compatible stainless steel (316L / 1.4404 / 1.4435) to completely prevent the hydrogen causing the material to become brittle.
