This heavy-duty canister frame is optimized to safely absorb extraneous off-axis installation side forces, ensuring that only the direct vertical vector component registers on the bridge. Operating across an immense measurement envelope scaling from 300K lbf up to a class-leading 1,000K lbf (1,335 kN to 4,450 kN), it comes standard with standard screw-in handles to simplify field repositioning and transport workflows. To accommodate advanced data systems, it can be ordered with multiple redundant bridges, specialized standardized output wiring, or paired with direct ASTM E74 or ISO 376 traceability certificates.

The Interface 2200 Calibration Grade Column Load Cell is a portable, high-precision force sensor designed specifically for on-site verification, metrology lab auditing, and field testing applications where standard laboratory reference standards are too heavy to deploy.

Engineered as a highly manoeuvrable alternative to the massive flagship Gold Standard series, the 2200 architecture incorporates a guided column framework outfitted with quadruple the number of strain gauges found in a standard column cell. This density heavily balances side-load variations and installation eccentricities, achieving an exceptional performance rating under <0.10% FS with maximum nonlinearity down to ±0.10%. Operating symmetrically across both tension and compression, the cell supports high-capacity models in 100K lbf and 200K lbf (445 kN to 890 kN) limits. Weighing only 35 lbs to 45 lbs (15.8 kg to 20.4 kg), the compact sensor is integrated with robust carrying handles to facilitate effortless transit from service vehicles to active field test stands.
