Purpose-built to maximise physical durability across lifetimes that often stretch over multiple years, the 1000 series carries a factory-warranted performance life of a minimum of 100 million fully reversed cycles at 100% full rated load. The specialised manufacturing process involves proprietary internal component layout modifications to route critical circuits entirely through zero-stress areas and reduce localized physical stress concentrations. Operating symmetrically across both tension and compression within a single compact housing, the cell relies on proprietary Interface temperature-compensated strain gauges to control thermal zero drift to a minimal 0.0008%/°F. The mechanical frame features a highly robust 300% safe overload protection barrier coupled with an exceptionally low moment sensitivity of 0.1%/in to cancel out eccentric or off-axis side forces. Standard setups deliver an exceptional performance accuracy profile up to ±0.03% FS, available in ranges from 250 lbf up to high-capacity thresholds of 50K lbf (1.25 kN to 225 kN), with options to integrate secondary or tertiary bridges to fit advanced multi-channel telemetry systems.
