The Interface 1100 Ultra Precision Universal LowProfile Load Cell series represents the pinnacle of high-accuracy force measurement, custom-engineered for the most demanding testing applications inside corporate metrology laboratories, aerospace test stands, and premium university research facilities.
Built as an elite tier above standard industrial sensors, the 1100 series architecture is meticulously hand-selected from specialised production lots to guarantee exceptionally low non-linearity, minimal hysteresis, and unrivaled data repeatability. The sensor operates symmetrically across both tension and compression vectors within a single compact housing, delivering a class-leading total performance rating down to 0.02%. To completely eliminate thread engagement variables, mounting surface flatness issues, and mechanical deflection errors, every unit arrives from the factory outrigged with a permanently fitted, high-precision base. The internal bridge network incorporates a minimum of eight proprietary Interface alloy foil strain gauges, producing an exceptionally clean signal-to-noise ratio with an ultra-high full-scale output up to 4.0 mV/V. Fully integrated with standard barometric compensation to cancel out ambient atmospheric drift, the series is available in a range from 300 lbf up to 100K lbf (1.5 kN to 450 kN), complete with a certified multi-point bidirectional calibration certificate.
