Interface 1101 Ultra Precision Compression Only Load Cell
The Interface 1101 Ultra Precision Compression Only Load Cell is an elite, high-integrity force sensor custom-engineered to deliver premium LowProfile measurement data within highly critical test laboratories and demanding aerospace evaluation stands. Developed as an enhanced version of our standard low-profile models, the 1101 architecture is meticulously selected from the absolute highest performing production runs to guarantee very low non-linearity, minimal hysteresis, and exceptional thermal stability.
To completely eliminate thread engagement variables and errors from physical mounting deflection, every cell is factory-supplied with a fitted, high-precision base plate. Symmetrically optimised strictly for downward vertical loads, the internal bridge network incorporates proprietary Interface temperature-compensated strain gauges that yield an exceptionally high signal-to-noise output up to 4.0 mV/V. Handcrafted with comprehensive eccentric load compensation, it actively cancels out installation side-forces or off-axis alignment vectors to maintain a class-leading total performance rating down to 0.02%. Available in capacities from 5kN up to 250kN (1K lbf to 50K lbf), the sensor comes standard with barometric compensation, shunt calibration, and an ASTM E74 NIST-traceable calibration certificate. Custom field configurations can be outrigged with second or third bridges and advanced overload protection layers.
