The Interface 1200 Precision High Capacity Universal LowProfile Load Cell series is a long-established global benchmark for high-force measurement, recognized across massive structural testing, calibration, and heavy industrial applications. Custom-engineered to operate symmetrically across both tension and compression vectors within a single compact housing, the high-capacity 1200 series incorporates proprietary, in-house manufactured alloy foil strain gauges.
This specialised grid delivers an ultra-high full-scale output up to 4.0 mV/V, ensuring premium signal-to-noise resolution under extreme loading conditions. The internal mechanical matrix features precise moment compensation, establishing an inherently insensitive geometry that actively neutralises off-axis or eccentric installation side forces. Delivering a strict total performance error band within ±0.07% FS, it is outrigged with native barometric compensation to cancel out ambient atmospheric drift. Handling an immense measurement range across six standard capacities from 200K lbf up to 2 million lbf (900 kN to 9 MN), units rated at 1.2 MN (270K lbf) and above are structurally integrated with dedicated connector protectors to stop field damage. Every sensor arrives with a certified multi-point bidirectional calibration certificate performed in-house up to 1,000,000 lbf, with flexible field customisation options including secondary or tertiary redundant bridges and custom thread options.
