The Interface 1200 Standard Precision Universal LowProfile Load Cell series is the global benchmark for high-performance force measurement, recognised across test and measurement industries for its unmatched reliability. Custom-engineered to operate symmetrically across both tension and compression vectors within a single compact housing, the 1200 series incorporates proprietary, in-house manufactured alloy foil strain gauges.
This advanced layout features a minimum of eight foil gauges per cell, creating a structurally superior bridge circuit that yields an exceptionally high signal-to-noise output up to 4.0 mV/V—surpassing standard low-profile alternatives. The mechanical architecture is meticulously moment-compensated, delivering industry-leading eccentric performance that actively neutralises off-axis installation side forces or moment variations. Delivering an elite static error band within ±0.04% FS alongside a tight non-repeatability rating of 0.01%, it is fully integrated with barometric compensation to cancel out ambient atmospheric drift. The series spans a massive capacity range starting from 1.5kN to 450kN (300lbf to 100Klbf), arriving standard with an in-house five-point bidirectional calibration certificate with full hysteresis data. To support advanced multi-channel telemetry systems, it can be customised with dual or triple redundant bridges, custom thread fields, and optional overload protection mechanisms.
