The Interface 1331 Compact Compression Only Load Cell is a high-performance, low-profile force sensor custom-engineered to deliver premium measurement resolution within space-constrained industrial footprints and structural testing machinery. Engineered to maximize signal strength while minimizing physical dimensions, the 1331 architecture incorporates proprietary Interface temperature-compensated strain gauges that output an exceptionally high full-scale signal of 4.0 mV/V.
Force application is streamlined via a centrally integrated, machined load button, eliminating the need for complex external alignment accessories. The compact framework features full eccentric load compensation, which mechanically mitigates off-axis installation side forces and moment loading variables to safeguard a tight static error band within ±0.07% FS. Standard configurations are engineered with native barometric compensation to cancel out ambient atmospheric drift, alongside an absolute safe overload limit of ±150% CAP. Supporting heavy-duty engineering environments, tracking high capacities up to 100K lbf (450 kN), this robust cell comes standard with a multi-point NIST-traceable calibration certificate and can be customised with TEDS electronics to streamline complex multi-channel telemetry networks.
