Interface 1500 Low Capacity Load Cell
The Interface 1500 Low Capacity Load Cell is a highly precise, compact force sensor engineered specifically to deliver premium LowProfile performance at significantly lower force thresholds. Built with an internal cruciform design, the Model 1500 is inherently insensitive to off-axis or side forces, a characteristic further optimised by advanced mechanical moment compensation during manufacture.
This specialised geometry ensures a guaranteed performance profile down to ±0.05% FS alongside an elite non-repeatability rating of ±0.02% or better. Operating symmetrically across both tension and compression vectors, the cell utilises proprietary Interface temperature-compensated strain gauges to control thermal zero drift to a minimal 0.0008%/°F. The ultra-low deflection framework features a compact 70mm (2.75 in) diameter footprint, housing a high-resolution 2.0 mV/V output array. Handling scaled metric capacities from 111N up to 1.33kN (25 lbf to 300 lbf), it comes equipped with a standard NIST-traceable calibration certificate, with options for dual-bridge channels or specialized thread adapters to support complex laboratory testing frames.
