Interface 1600 Gold Standard Calibration Grade Low Profile Load Cell

The Interface 1600 Gold Standard Calibration Grade Low Profile Load Cell is an industry-leading reference force sensor custom-engineered specifically to calibrate other secondary load cells and audit high-precision materials testing frames. Engineered to deliver a significant step up from standard industrial sensors, the 1600 architecture utilises additional internal strain gauges to heavily optimise accuracy performance and thermal characteristics.

It functions symmetrically across both tension and compression vectors within a single LowProfile unit, delivering an elite non-repeatability profile of just 0.005% alongside a minimal 0.01% creep rating. To completely eliminate thread engagement variables and poor repeatability at lower force limits, each cell arrives from the factory outfitted with a locked-in, factory-installed calibration adapter and an integrated high-precision base. Handcrafted with full eccentric load compensation to cancel out side-force or off-axis installation errors, the sensor operates across a wide capacity range from 500 lbf up to 200K lbf (2.2 kN to 900 kN). Units feature high output signals up to 4mV/V and integrated TEDS self-identification hardware, backed by a 3 run NIST-traceable ASTM E74.
