The 1000 Fatigue rated series is a long established favourite for aerospace & automotive test rigs where a high number of repetitive cycles are required over a period of time that can stretch to several years. The warranted life of Interface 1000 series Low Profile load cells is a minimum of 100 Million fully reversed cycles at full rated load. The manufacturing process of these units involves additional measures to reduce high stress points and routing of internal components through zero stress areas to ensure the longest possible lifespan under the most demanding test conditions.

The 1100 Ultra-Precision series is an enhanced version of our standard Low Profile load cell to provide the extra warranted performance required for more demanding applications. The 1100 is supplied with a fitted base to remove any uncertainties regarding mounting arrangements and to guarantee the performance under normal working conditions. The 1100 series is an ISO376 capable device and can be used as a calibration load cell with the addition of an optional calibration adaptor.

The Interface 1200 Flange Series Low Profile Load Cells represent an elite advancement in heavy-duty force measurement, explicitly engineered to simplify mounting inside high-capacity loading environments. Building upon the foundational performance of standard low-profile shear beam sensors, the Flange Series introduces a dedicated, multi-hole bolt circle outer pattern. This mechanical layout permits easy, direct attachment to actuator rods and industrial hydraulic cylinders without the severe over-tightening or cross-threading issues frequently associated with single, large central thread arrangements. They are heavily relied upon across global aerospace validation stands, automotive crash-test rails, structural fatigue test rigs, and high-capacity laboratory calibration equipment.

Constructed with at least eight proprietary foil strain gauges manufactured in-house, these sensors provide an exceptional signal-to-noise ratio alongside a warranted static performance accuracy of down to ±0.05% Full Scale (FS). By utilizing a specialized moment-compensation manufacturing profile, the 1200 Flange Series is inherently insensitive to off-axis loading, eccentric moments, and side-load variables that would cause measurement degradation in lesser transducers.

The 1200WTS is the wireless version of the Interface 1200 Precision series, our most popular load cell. This means it features the same high accuracy, performance and dependability, but with the advantage of wireless telemetry. The 1200WTS is fully compatible with the innovative Interface WTS Telemetry system, giving you the choice of hand-held, digital USB or analogue receivers. The 1200WTS can be supplied with full factory set up when purchased with the WTS Wireless Telemetry system.

The 1331 is a small footprint compression only load cell. This load cell offers a high 4 mV/V output via proprietary Interface temperature compensated strain gauges. Load application is via an integral load button.

The 1700 series is a compact range of load cells designed for maximum flexibility of coupling to actuators. The attachment of load fixings can use either the central threaded fixing or the flange type ring and both methods have the advantage of alignment surfaces to ensure concentricity. The small physical size permits operation in applications where space is restricted and as can be expected from Interface products the performance is excellent.

The 1800 Platinum Standard series is an enhanced calibration grade Low Profile load cell that offers improved accuracy of performance and temperature characteristics. Additional gauges help improve the performance for best resolution at all capacities. The load cell thread adaptor, male or female, is integral being machined from the same material blank as the load cell. The integral fitting removes any uncertainty of thread engagement which with a stiff flexure could otherwise cause poor non-repeatability at lower applied forces. The 1800 units are warranted to perform down to 2% of rated capacity per ASTM-E74 and every unit is supplied with a NIST traceable ASTM-E74 calibration certificate.

The 2400 Stainless Steel series is designed to suit many industrial applications. The hermetically sealed stainless steel units have small size flexures with standard threads and mounting bolt dimensions to offer compatibility with many existing installations. Capacities from 100lbf (450N) to 300Klbf (1.35MN) and above are available and options include integral electronic amplifiers for signal conditioning.

The 3200 series load cells are comparable in performance to the 1200 series Precision units but offer improved corrosion resistance and the option of hermetic sealing for use in outdoor environments. Every unit has a high signal output of 4mV/V for best resolution and performance.
