The Interface AxialTQ Wireless Rotary Torque Transducer System represents the next generation of high-performance wireless rotary torque measurement. Developed through direct collaboration and input from over 30 global end-users, this highly adaptable system redefines the rotary transducer category by focusing on absolute accuracy, user customization, and streamlined field setup. It is widely specified across the UK for demanding test rig validation loops, automotive powertrain dynamometers, high-speed electric motor efficiency evaluation, and industrial gearbox test beds where traditional slip-ring friction cannot be tolerated.
At the absolute core of the Interface AxialTQ system lie the high-fidelity rotor sensing element and on-board telemetry electronics. Operating on a completely non-contact wireless transmission structure, the device continuously monitors across a wide axial gap. This structural freedom provides a bearing less design that entirely eliminates the rotational wear and maintenance downtime common to legacy torque cells. The Axial TQ is offered in 8 torque capacities and 5 rotor sizes with flexible capability of stator and output module built in.
