The Interface Flange Mount Rotary Torque Transducers represent an elite class of dynamic torque transmitters engineered for space-constrained automotive dynamometers, aerospace test cells, powertrain validation loops, and precision rotating machinery. Unlike standard long-body shaft transducers, a flange-to-flange architectural layout delivers exceptional mechanical advantages, including high torsional stiffness and an ultra-short axial length. This compact geometry allows engine builders and test facility managers to drop a dynamic measurement node straight into high-RPM drive lines without altering system alignment or inducing critical driveline vibrations.
This premium product family incorporates advanced non-contact / contactless digital telemetry technology to broadcast precise torque measurements through a bearingless or floating architecture. This design completely eliminates the frictional wear, maintenance overhead, and electrical brush bounce common to legacy slip-ring designs, ensuring long-term data integrity across continuous operational schedules.
The T31, T32, T33 and T34 series are all contactless rotary devices offering torque measurement in capacities from just 1Nm to 500Nm at up to 2,000rpm.
