Interface T12 Square Drive Rotary Torque Transducer
The Interface T12 Square Drive Rotary Torque Transducer is a high-precision dynamic sensor engineered explicitly for auditing, calibrating, and testing industrial fastener tools and rotating drive components. Developed for automotive assembly cells, aerospace fastener labs, and power tool manufacturing benches, this rugged inline transducer fits directly between the drive anvil and the workload to capture dynamic torque signatures without mechanical slippage.
Featuring a slip-ring-free, contactless signal transmission system, the T12 delivers a completely maintenance-free operational lifetime with zero brush wear or signal noise across high-duty testing cycles. The integrated male and female square drive connections conform to standard industrial dimensions, allowing for instant coupling to impact wrenches, nutrunners, and click-wrenches.
The T12 is also available with the choice of analogue or USB output. The USB version is supplied complete with windows compatible data logging software.

The Interface T15-USB Precision Rotary Torque Transducer is an all-in-one dynamic testing solution engineered to stream high-resolution data directly to a PC. Developed for laboratory research, automotive R&D, component lifecycle testing, and product development benches, this advanced sensor eliminates the need for expensive external signal amplifiers or indicators.
By integrating its electronics directly inside the sensor housing, it feeds raw torque, rotational speed, and angular position variables straight through a standard plug-and-play USB connection, bypassing analogue signal noise.
The optional speed & angle encoder allows 0.25 degree revolution. The USB connection provides the excitation voltage and the data output. Windows compatible data logging software is supplied.

Featuring a slip-ring-free, contactless signal transmission system, the T25 delivers reliable, maintenance-free data logging across high-duty runtime cycles up to 10,000 RPM. Outfitted with standard integrated male and female square drive connections, the sensor fits cleanly between your drive tool and the fastener assembly, eliminating mechanical slippage.
The T25 is also available with the option of USB output. The USB connection supplys both excitation voltage and digital output direct to a Windows computer. Data logging software is included
