The Interface 1200WTS Wireless LowProfile Load Cell is a premium, high-performance force sensor engineered to deliver legendary 1200-series measurement accuracy completely unhindered by restrictive cables. Designed to streamline data acquisition across active field testing and complex test stand grids, this cell functions symmetrically across both tension and compression vectors within a single compact footprint.
The internal electronics incorporate an advanced 2.4 GHz transceiver fully compatible with the innovative Interface WTS Wireless Telemetry system. This configuration facilitates long-distance telemetry, enabling secure, error-free data transmission over license-free ranges up to 600 meters (2,000 feet) directly to handheld indicators, analogue base stations, or digital USB receiver units. Powered by two standard, easily sourced AAA batteries, the optimised internal bridge circuitry operates with extreme power efficiency to achieve a continuous battery life up to 300 hours. Every sensor is custom-built with proprietary Interface temperature-compensated strain gauges and features integrated eccentric load compensation to heavily mitigate moment side forces and off-axis installation alignment errors. Handling extensive capacities from 300 lbf up to 100K lbf (1.5 kN to 450 kN), it serves as a premier solution for aerospace structural verification, industrial weight loops, and general materials testing applications.
