Interface T1 Torque Coupling Rotary Transducer
The Interface T1 Torque Coupling Rotary Transducer is a specialized dynamic sensor uniquely engineered with integrated flexible couplings built directly onto the rotating shaft assembly. Developed specifically for automated assembly systems, pump test stands, electric motor test cells, and space-restricted industrial drive loops, this smart all-in-one hardware configuration simplifies mechanical integration by performing two vital engineering tasks simultaneously: transmitting rotational power while measuring inline dynamic torque.
By integrating the flexible single or dual flex components straight onto the sensor body, the T1 naturally isolates pure torsional data while compensating for radial, axial, and angular misalignments. This eliminates the need for separate, bulky mounting blocks or external coupling hubs, providing a shorter overall axial length and an exceptionally low mass moment of inertia.
Add these features to its 15 bit resolution, a 10kHz sampling rate and +/- 5VDC output and we have the best device available in its class.
