Interface T12 Square Drive Rotary Torque Transducer
The Interface T12 Square Drive Rotary Torque Transducer is a high-precision dynamic sensor engineered explicitly for auditing, calibrating, and testing industrial fastener tools and rotating drive components. Developed for automotive assembly cells, aerospace fastener labs, and power tool manufacturing benches, this rugged inline transducer fits directly between the drive anvil and the workload to capture dynamic torque signatures without mechanical slippage.
Featuring a slip-ring-free, contactless signal transmission system, the T12 delivers a completely maintenance-free operational lifetime with zero brush wear or signal noise across high-duty testing cycles. The integrated male and female square drive connections conform to standard industrial dimensions, allowing for instant coupling to impact wrenches, nutrunners, and click-wrenches.
The T12 is also available with the choice of analogue or USB output. The USB version is supplied complete with windows compatible data logging software.
