Interface proudly offers DDM’s innovative range of sub-miniature pressure/flow sensors to the UK automotive industry.
DDM’s sensors are primarily designed for on vehicle testing in extreme climatic conditions ranging from -40⁰C to +125/150⁰C but may also be used for bench use. All sensors feature a fully welded stainless steel construction. Pressure ports and electrical connectors can be user-specified to best fit your application.
Pressure ranges start at 0.1bar, up to 2,000bar, with working temperature ranges from -40⁰c to +125/150⁰C and Total Error Band to <0.25%.

DDMS' PV-15B brake pressure sensor is designed for automotive R&D engineers working with the hydraulic braking system of ICE, Hybrid or Electric Vehicles. The PV-15B is a small, light, weight pressure sensor designed to be mounted in the hydraulic system of vehicles whether they use disc or drum braking systems. The small form factor of the PV-15B enables it to be mounted in the smallest, most confined spaces. It’s also temperature and vibration resistant with a high burst pressure of 400 bar ensuring accurate and reliable pressure measurement.
Learn moreDDM´s PV-22H2-series hydrogen use pressure sensors has extensively been tested with various compositions of hydrogen, oxygen, water and water vapour. The pressure modules and process connections are made of 316L stainless steel. They are fit together without seals, being fully welded and helium leak tested. The PV-22H2 is supplied with a manufacturer´s declaration for hydrogen use. The PV-22H2 is already in use with a well known car manufacturer who has already proven the PV-22H2 pressure sensors to be both accurate and reliable.
Learn moreThe VCT is a turbine measurement system tailor-made for the flow measurement of almost any liquid, including agressive or flamable liquids. The VCT is ideally suited for road tests and in testing complex thermal management in vehicles with electric motors. The DDM turbine flow meter has a media-contacting thermocouple (VCT) has been specially developed for this purpose. The VCA flow computer processes data from the VCT flow sensor and converts it to a 0-10v signal for conection to an external DAQ. The compact size of both the flow sensor and flow computer means they can be easily installed, even when space is restricted.
Learn moreThe PV-2722 series from German manufacturer DDM has been designed to withstand extreme temperature, vibration and shock levels of automotive test applications. The wet/wet fully welded stainless steel differential pressure model provides excellent media compatibility. The temperature-compensated signal is a customer-specific high-level output voltage ideal for interfacing with data acquisition hardware. The PV-2722 series can be powered directly from the vehicle battery, even during the start cycle. It is suitable for measurements where temperature cannot be controlled and reliable high-performance measurement is required.
Learn moreThe PV-15 series from German manufacture DDM is designed for on vehicle pressure measurement and test in a wide variety of R&D applications. They are able withstand extreme temperature, vibration and shock forces found in automotive test applications. The fully welded, stainless steel construction ensures excellent media compatibility, high over pressure and burst ratings. The PV-15 is temperature compensated to ensure accuracy. The output can be specified to ensure interfacing with data acquisition hardware. The PV-15 can be powered by the vehicle battery, even during the start cycle. It is also ideal for measurement where temperatures can't be controlled, but reliable, accurate measurements are required. Applications include, Oil, fuel brake fluid or coolant pressure, tank vent, crankcase boost and exhaust back pressure
