XSensor’s dynamic, high-speed Tire Pressure Mapping System allows test engineers to capture tire footprint data, visualising the tire contact area with vehicles being driven over the sensor at speeds of up to 140km p/h. The XSensor technology capture tire footprint images at over 450 frames per second at high resolution, meaning that engineers can now capture accurate tire footprint images in completely dynamic environments.
The XSensor lets test engineers record and compare tire interface pressures at different speeds, cornering angles, camber angles and inflation pressures. As well as obtain a complete understanding of tire performance while visualising and evaluating suspension dynamics to analyse contact areas, ratios and measurements.
